16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?

My truly unique human capital:

1. I am passionate about my product. My product not only serves as a need satisfaction, but it could play into a larger social business that positively influences our planet. I may not have the technical skills to implement this idea, but with my passion I feel like I can create a strong team.
2. Because of my passion, I can communicate my idea well. Strong communication is important in a startup because it markets the idea to the crowd. For you to be able to target a segment you have to be able to communicate why your product is more important than other ideas in the market. Mine would prove to include more sustainable ideas.
3. I am driven. I will make sure that whatever I need done will be done in a timely manner. I am not lazy when it is something I am passionate about something.
4. I am pretty independent. When I need something I make sure to ask someone who knows more than me. I am never afraid to ask, but I make sure to understand and try it out first because it is my responsibility and because I want to. 
5. I am reliable. I am very organized and try working on time on things. Stressful situations sometimes get to me, but I think I overcome them well because I care about it, and want to complete projects.

Anthony
You are a very good people person, your kindness shines through, you are able to communicate with various types of people, very desirable trait to bring people together. Very good with keeping up with people and caring about them which is good for sustaining employees and getting a good backing behind you. You have enough drive to sustain the business. Having your drive and having the people behind you, and because you are very intelligent, and if you come across something you don’t know, you are able to accomplish anything you want.

Dulce

Giovanna is a very patient, frugal and committed person. She knows how to keep her calm in unexpected situations. She knows how to take care of her budget and her finance. She is very committed to her classes, and always follows through her plans with her friends.

Julie

You march to the beat of your own drum. You are very outgoing, can talk to anyone, and can handle stress very well. I think you definitely have the knowledge, you talk about very technical things.

Keyla

Giovanna be great at running a business because right now she already is an emergent leader, and will only get better. She is very organized and will be able to run an efficient business. She is also a very good team player, so she will make a great boss. 

Mia

She is one of the kindest people I know. She is quite intelligent. When she wants something she puts her all into her, very determined. When she wants to get something done, she will, very diligent. She is a light to be around, a great person to work in a group with. I think she can take the role of both a leader and delegator. She works great in groups. She can spearhead anything that she is passionate about. Anything she puts her name to I would happily sign up for as well. 

Reflection:

After doing the interviews I came to realize that people have very similar opinions of me as I have. They didn’t really mention on the recordings anything that they find different, except for one thing, my third interview stated I have the technical abilities, and I didn’t think I did have them. But she made me realize that while I can’t actually construct my project I can very effectively build my business, so that is very good to know.
